The Copenhagen private detective Anthonsen is on one of his countless adultery cases when he witnesses a bestial murder. The murder is connected to the overthrown Guataruan president's counter-revolution and 2 million missing dollars. Now the hunt is on for Anthonsen, who is of the opinion that murder and theft are crimes that should be punished, but the intelligence service in Kejsergade does not see it that simply.
