1 Prices

1.1 All prices on are incl. 25% VAT.
The prices are valid within Denmark's borders excl. Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

2 Price guarantee

2.1 Our price guarantee means that our aim is to have the best price on the market. This means that if you find an identical item at a lower price at a Danish competitor within a week, we will refund the price difference. The competitor's inventory must be positive, i.e. that only items that are currently available are included in our warranty. Items with the status of remote storage and delivery time over 3 days are NOT included in the guarantee. The price guarantee does not apply to time-limited offers, queue and opening offers, shopping items and internet-based stores WITHOUT physical stores. Just bring / email documentation in the form of an advertisement, catalog or invoice and we will refund the difference.

3 Payment

3.1 accepts online payments with Visa / Dankort, Mastercard, Visa Electron & MobilePay. We do not charge card fees. Payment is only deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped. All amounts on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark - Kroner (DKK) uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol directly between you as a customer and the payment server, which means that your data is NOT available to www.dollarstore .dk and is therefore secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.

4 Delivery

4.1 The delivery time for your order is 1-2 working days. sends goods with the following:

4.2 You can choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".
You always receive a tracking number so you can track your package from our warehouse to your home.

4.4 If you do not pick up your parcel from the parcel shop and it is returned to Dollarstore, we will charge DKK 70.00 in costs associated with the parcel being sent and returned to us. If the package has to be sent again, the consumer must pay a new shipping cost.

5 Right of cancellation

5.1 As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

5.2 If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.

5.3 If it concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first goods.

5.4 The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an e-mail to or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

5.5 You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the package without notifying us at the same time.

5.6 You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive or pick up the package. 5.7 If you have not given permission for the package to be delivered and you are not at home at the time of delivery, the shipping company may have to either take the order back or deliver it to a parcel shop.

5.8 If it is the case that you have actually been at home, but the driver failed to deliver the package, you must get in touch with the shipping company as soon as possible and explain the situation. We can only help when you have lodged the complaint with them yourself.

5.9 If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part or all of the purchase.

6 Return 

6.1 Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You are responsible for returning the package yourself, and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transport.

6.2 If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature of the item, its properties and the way it works, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item.

6.3 We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

7 Repayment of the purchase amount

7.1 If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the item deteriorates, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

7.2 We will refund the payment received from you, but not delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your item.

7.3 We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

7.4 We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

8 Right of withdrawal in business purchases

8.1 When trading B2B, and you want to use the right of withdrawal, there will be a return fee of 20% of the amount.

9 Complaints

9.1 When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules in the Sales Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.

9.2 If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced depending on the specific situation. You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after discovering the error.

9.3 If you complain within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

9.4 We recommend that you examine the item when you receive the package

9.5 If there is damage to the product during receipt, you must contact us immediately and inform us of the damage as well. attach documentation/image(s) of the nature of the damage - in this way you both facilitate our work process for a quick processing of the case, and strengthen your burden of proof that the damage did not occur in your custody.

9.6 If an item is missing from your order, you must contact us immediately and state what is missing (preferably an EAN number). We investigate whether the package is divided into several shipments, or whether we have already sent a refund email for an item that could not be shipped for a stated reason.

10 Policy for personal data

10.1 We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, telephone no. And email address.
