Remember: RefectoCil color must be mixed with Oxidant, which must be purchased separately.

Application:

• Clean your brows/lashes
• Mix approx. 2 cm color with 10 drops of liquid oxidant or 10-12 drops of oxidant in cream form.
• The consistency must become creamy and must be mixed immediately before dyeing.
• Apply to brows or lashes and let the color soak for 5-10 minutes. The longer it sits, the stronger the colour
• Remove excess color with a cotton swab and water
